Snowboarding in Slovenia - David Greenfield

After highschool David enrolled in Automotive Service at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He finished the two year program and decided to take a gap year and backpack through East and Western Europe.

While he wasn't traveling around Europe he spent most of his time living and working in Edinburgh, Scotland. After 10 months abroad he returned home for a brief stint before heading east to Michigan where he went to study Automotive Engineering Technology at Ferris State University.

While in university David also began to persue his interest in journalism. David graduated university at the height of the recession in 2009. Job prospects in the Automotive Industry were grim and the "Big Three" US Auto Makers were in trouble. David managed to find a job with a construction compnay, Peter Kiewit Sons as an engineering intern in the oil sands of Northern Alberta.

Feeling unsatisfied with his internship he refused an offer for full time employment. He decided to quit his job and move with his girlfriend to Whistler, BC, Canada. There he plans to persue his passion for snowboarding and filmmaking. He now resides there working for the resort as a snowmaker and snowmobile guide.
